About Fridge Roast

Fridge Roast exists for the nightly moment when an open fridge somehow contains food and absolutely no dinner. One photo turns that indecision into a specific roast and three practical ideas made from what is already there.

The joke is the invitation, not the whole product. Our aim is to make home cooking easier, reduce forgotten groceries, and build meal plans around real kitchens rather than immaculate recipe-blog pantries.

We roast the fridge, never the person. Income, bodies, eating habits, and cooking ability are off limits. Wilted cilantro, however, has made its choices.
